Waveguide dye laser including a SiO2 nanoparticle-dispersed random scattering active layer

Abstract
We presented a dual-layered waveguide dye laser including a random active layer with nanoparticle doping. A slope efficiency of 12.0% and an energy threshold of were obtained in a single-longitudinal-mode operation.
