Abstract
Presentation of CaseA twenty-three-year-old single woman entered the hospital complaining of blueness of the hands, face and feet.No abnormality at birth or in development as a child had been noted, but her mother stated that as a child she had not played with other children very much and had always been "lazy." At the age of twelve a mild, dull pain in the chest, located to the left of the lower portion of the sternum, had been noticed.
