Abstract
The excavation of the Upper Palaeolithic site of Plasenn-al-Lomm (île de Bréhat, Côtes-du-Nord, France) has shown extensive living places patterns, probably huts. The geological study (stratigraphy and sedimentology) allows us to date the archaeological layer : before the maximum of the Weichselian cold, near the Tursac oscillation (23000 years B.P.). The industry is characterized by the abundance of burins, especially the retouched truncation burins ; it is fairly similar to the later upper Perigordian.Monnier Jean-Laurent.
