Abstract
Intramedullary diaphyso-epiphysary lipomas of the thigh bone are extremely rare in the literature (8 cases described). A case in a 58 years old woman is reported. The tumor was localized in the right femoral bone. The same patient had previously presented a similar tumor in the subcutis of the hip and in the parotid area. Keywords
