Density Matched Coating for Laser Fusion Targets

Abstract
A new technique for the graded density coating on a glass-microballoon has been developed using the copolymerization by means of plasma polymerization. A coating layer linearly varied in density from 1.82 gcm-3 to 0.8 gcm-3 was obtained.Keywords
