Abstract
Thalidomide has recently been reported to be effective therapy for painful oropharyngeal ulceration associated with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).1 2 3 We wish to report the use of this drug for a debilitating and painful esophageal ulcer in a patient with AIDS.Keywords
