Abstract
The late Miocene La Venta fauna of the upper Magdalena valley, Colombia, includes remains of a giant condylarth, here described as Megadolodus molariformis n.g. n.sp., and a primitive notoungulate allied to the isotemnids. Both forms represent late survival of early Tertiary mammalian types. Keywords
