Abstract
In the above paper a method is given for determining the output vector feedback, simultaneously computing the coefficients of the residual polynomial, the roots of which are the remaining unassigned poles. This and similar results are well established but not well known in the western literature. In these comments two algorithms are reported for the incomplete pole assignment by output feedback; with the proposed techniques some degrees of freedom can be deliberately introduced in the synthesis to meet other specifications than only exact incomplete pole assignment. Keywords
