Abstract
Images from the acoustic microscope can be recorded with increased clarity and additional detail if one uses an ’’off‐axis’’ arrangement wherein the axis of the output lens is tilted with respect to the input lens. Also, stereograms have been recorded by canting the plane of the object. With a stereoscopic viewer, depth information becomes apparent and texture can be seen. Keywords
