Abstract
• Extended-wear soft contact lenses for myopic correction are becoming a more frequent alternative to spectacles. The risk of corneal ulceration with their use exists. In our patient, a 29-year-old woman, a severe Pseudomonas aeruginosa corneal ulcer developed after the use of extended-wear contact lenses for myopia. Keywords
