Abstract
A fully microscopic analysis of the experimentally observed and () cross sections in is presented. Subnuclear -isobar degrees of freedom are treated explicitly in both the structure and reaction calculation. It is shown that the quenching due to the isobars depends on the multipolarity of a given state.
