Abstract
Describes some of the challenges that face managers who try to integrate their spirituality with their work, focusing on values, tasks and problems that emerge in more than one spiritual tradition. Examines five such themes: compassion, right livelihood, selfless service, work as a form of meditation, and problems of pluralism.Keywords
