Abstract
An endoscopic-assisted method of brow elevation using galea aponeurosis plication with direct suture fixation is presented. This technique does not elevate the hairline, nor is any skin or scalp resected. Dissection is easy because it is limited to the subgaleal plane of the forehead. Keywords
