Abstract
The influence of an external magnetic field on the reentrant spin-glass transition temperature of a alloy has been investigated by means of Mössbauer-effect spectroscopy. A linear relationship in the (,T) plane has been observed which is interpreted theoretically in terms of a mean-field-theory model including nonvanishing local spontaneous magnetization.
