Abstract
In the second International Aflatoxin Check Sample Series, a single sample, peanut butter, was submitted to 152 laboratories throughout the world. Sufficient data were obtained from 117 responding laboratories to permit a statistical comparison of the BF, CB, and Pons methods. No significant differences in mean values were obtained. One quarter of the participating laboratories were from countries other than Canada and the United States.Keywords
