Abstract
Carbon and oxygen X-ray emission spectra of carbon monoxide excited by electron impact have been studied using grazing incidence technique. Core electron binding energies were determined from an energy calibration using XUV emission lines and core-state bond lengths were determined from a Franck-Condon analysis. Keywords
