Abstract
Fetal lung profile run by 2 dimensional TLC is described, including the L/S [lecithin/sphingomyelin] ratio and the percentages of disaturated acetone precipitated lecithin, phosphatidyl inositol and phosphatidyl glycerol. The accuracy of this profile increases that of the mature L/S ratio value even further, while decreasing the missed predictions with low L/S ratios to only about 7%.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
