Abstract
A method is described for the determination of O2 content of dog''s blood by rapid spectrophotometric analysis requiring only 0.3 ml of blood. The method was tested by comparison with gasometric analysis. Differences in results obtained by the 2 methods were small and apparently random; the mean difference was 0.04 volumes % and the standard deviation of the differences was 0.27.Keywords
