Synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotides by a continuous-flow, solid-phase method using phosphotriester intermediates

Abstract
A new composite polydimethylacrylacrylamide–kieselguhr support has been used in a continuous-flow assembly apparatus for the efficient solid-phase synthesis of an undeca- and a heptadeca-deoxyribonucleotide using phosphotriester intermediates.
