Abstract
Two soil samplers—a soil core sampler and a test-tube sampler—and the related techniques for vertical and horizontal quantitative determinations of soil rhizosphere microorganisms are described: both are easily constructed, require no special maintenance, and were successful in field trials. The tools may be adapted to other types of soil research, such as root distribution. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
