Abstract
Two groups of rats were trained to a criterion in a 14-unit T-maze. Animals in the experimental group were given six massed electroshock seizures immediately after achieving the criterion. Retention and relearning tests were given after a four day rest interval. The results showed no significant differences between experimental and control groups in retention or relearning scores.
