Abstract
A case of gunshot wound of the heart involving the anterior surfaces of the right and left ventricle is described. The characteristic ecg. findings were helpful in the localization of the foreign body. This was corroborated by roentgenologic studies. The case presented a rare opportunity of clinical recognition of right ventricular injury by means of the ecg. Keywords
