Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of our study was to describe radiologic manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis was high in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Imaging of these patients showed miliary dissemination and patchy consolidation. However, cavitation was rare. These findings may reflect impaired immune response against tuberculous bacilli. Keywords
