BINDING OF RADIOACTIVITY FROM [C-14] PARAQUAT TO RAT LUNG PROTEIN, INVITRO

Abstract

In vitro incubation of rat lung slices with [14C] paraquat produces binding of radioactivity to acid precipitable protein. The binding is concentration and time dependent. More in vitro binding occurs to lung protein than liver, heart, kidney or spleen.
