Abstract
Three cases of accidental esophageal intubation in the newborn infant are presented. The best way of preventing such accidents is to attech an adaptor to all tubes that will be used in the newborn. Such accidents should not be complicated by hasty and inappropriate attempts at therapy.Keywords
