Abstract
A scanning laser‐spot system has been developed for the in situ evaluation of carrier collection in liquid‐junction solar cells. The system was applied to the identification of topological features and the correlation of these features to the carrier collection efficiency on several materials presently being considered as solar energy converters in the liquid‐junction cell configuration. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
