IMPROVED METHOD TO DETERMINE LIPID BOUND SIALIC-ACID IN PLASMA OR SERUM

Abstract
An improved method for the determination of lipid bound sialic acid in [human] plasma or serum is presented. An earlier procedure was shortened and simplified to utilize 44.7.lambda. samples and it yields within experimental error the same values as the earlier method.
