Establishment of a TSH‐releasing‐hormone‐secreting cell line from the area cerebrovasculosa of an anencephalic foetus

Abstract

A cell line was established from the area cerebrovasculosa of an anencephalic foetus, five types of cells were identified in this cell line, and medium conditioned by this cell line caused strong TSH‐secreting activity in cultured human pituitary cells.
