Abstract
There are many factors governing whether or not milk will be part of a people's diet. Most important among these factors is tradition, then comes availability. The bodily needs come last, and in most parts of the world are not even considered. In a review of the most important populated areas of the world, these statements are discussed. One can gauge the degree of advancement of the various countries by the ability of the local culture to produce wholesome milk.Keywords
