Abstract
All students — good, poor or undisciplined — must be approached individually. Such an approach should include, it seems to us, a systematic study of the student's personality; a knowledge of his character traits and the factors that gave rise to them; a plan for promoting the all-round development of his personality on the basis of his positive qualities. The educational steps chosen in each case should correspond exactly with the student's individuality. Keywords
