Abstract
Regions of neurofilamentous degeneration adjacent to and contiguous with filamentous enlargements in areas of neuronal degeneration in the human spinal cord were found in 6 cases of sporadic motor neuron disease (MND). Unusual particles, 28 nm in diameter, were found within the lesions. The lesion might possibly be significant in relation to neuronal degeneration in MND.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
