Abstract
Two cases of isolated central nervous system angiitis presenting as spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage are reported. The usefulness and limitations of cortical/leptomeningeal biopsy in this condition is described. Emphasis is placed on the clinical awareness of this unusual association to ensure early recognition and prompt management with immunosuppressive therapy. Keywords
