Abstract
Solns. of heptylal-dehyde bisulfite, cinnamaldehyde bisulfite and sodium sul-fate, all containing S35 and adjusted to pH 7.4, were injd. intraperit. into rats which were then starved for 14-16 hrs. and sacrificed. The tissues were decomposed by alkaline fusion, the melt neutralized and the sulfate pptd. as Ba salt. Radioactivity counts were made with a counter tube regulated with a Neber-Haper circuit. The highest conc. of S35 occurred in the bone marrow, irrespective of the S compds. used. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
