Gastric ulceration after vagotomy for duodenal ulcer

Abstract

Fourteen instances of gastric ulceration following 415 vagotomies for duodenal ulcer have been reviewed with special reference to the relative incidence of this complication after different types of vagotomy, and to its clinical and radiological features and treatment. The aetiology is discussed.
