Abstract
Experience with the transnasal microsurgical correction of bilateral congenital choanal atresia is presented. Four case reports are presented to illustrate the advantages of this surgical approach utilizing standard otosurgical instruments and supplemental fiberoptic nasopharyngeal visualization.Keywords
