Semiclassical Approximation for the Nonrelativistic Coulomb Propagator

Abstract
An approximation to the Coulomb propagator, correct to first order in , is derived. This function has the structure , in terms of auxiliary variables , , introduced in the solution of the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi equation.
