The editors would like to take this opportunity to thank, on behalf of themselves and the Archives' readers, the large number of dedicated persons who have reviewed articles for the journal. As you may know, almost every manuscript submitted is examined and evaluated by at least two referees, as well as by one or both editors independently. Although these procedures may delay publication, they are essential for the maintenance of quality, accuracy, and precision in all of the material published.
