Abstract
The objective of this paper is to describe the principles of digital complex demodulation, and to summarize its advantages with respect to rapid time response and insensitivity to noise. These advantages are demonstrated by application to interferometry data collected on the Texas experimental tokamak (TEXT).Keywords
