Abstract
The computed tomography (CT) scans of 60 patients with intracranial infection have been reviewed. Computed tomography, particularly if used with contrast enhancement, is a valuable adjunct to the investigation of patients with suspected intracranial abscess. The false negative rate is 1%, but despite this, mortality from intracranial abscess remains unchanged. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
