Abstract
Feddersen et al. use pulsed cross-correlation techniques to obtain time resolved information of fluorescence decays employing frequency domain techniques. While the implementation is capable of acquiring phase and modulation data at several harmonic frequencies simultaneously it is considerably less sensitive than the traditional single-frequency technique. The nature of the pulsed cross-correlation technique used is reviewed. Keywords
