Abstract
In this article the author examines the concept of experiential leaning in regards to management education. The author attempts to evaluate the method due to contradictory findings on the method's effectiveness. He examines several teaching styles that use the experiential learning method and discusses how the professors transmit their information to the classroom. The author develops a Management of Learning Grid for the evaluation process and determines that the experiential learning method can be improved through a better interpretation of the research findings accumulated during the learning process.
