Abstract
The values of 1J(195Pt–77Se) and 1J(195Pt–125Te) for [PtX3SeMe2]–, [PtX5SeMe2]–, and [PtX3TeMe2]–(X = Cl, Br, or I) obtained by heteronuclear INDOR spectroscopy decrease markedly in the order Cl > Br > I and are much less than the values of 1J(195Pt–125Te) in [(PtX3)2TeMe2]2–(X = Cl or Br) which were obtained by direct Fourier transform n.m.r. spectroscopy. Keywords
