Abstract
The authors describe two cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder with concomitant bipolar affective disorder. Behavior therapy consisting of in vivo exposure plus response prevention controlled the obsessive-compulsive symptoms only after the affective illness was well controlled pharmacologically.Keywords
