Malathion Poisoning Treated with Protopam

Abstract
The first known case of intentional Malathion poisoning is presented with a discussion of the pathophysiological aspects of organic phosphate toxicity in a 14-year-old boy. General and specific therapeutic considerations are discussed, with particular emphasis directed toward the successful use of pralidoxime chloride as an antidote.
