Abstract
This report describes a neural network model which is capable of automatically forming internal representations of the exterior signal space. A simplified self-organizing algorithm is presented and some examples of computer simulations are given. The feasibility of the method in terms of actual neural networks is discussed and some possibilities for application to artificial systems are given. Keywords
