Abstract
Observations were made of activities of individual boll weevils, Anthonomus grandis Boheman, Puncturing, feeding, and ovipositing In normal and modified cotton flower buds and artificial substrates were observed. Observations showed that eggs were laid in response to numerous sequential stimuli supplied by factors present in cotton squares.
