Abstract
A sulfate fertilizer greatly increased the yield of NPK-fertilized oats in field tests on four Gray Wooded soils. The sensitivity of oats to deficiency of S was less than that of second-year alfalfa, but nearly equal to that of first-year alfalfa. In pot-culture tests wheat, oats, barley, rape and first-cut alfalfa and red clover were all about equally sensitive. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
