Abstract
Acetylcholine [ACH] levels were determined in various regions of the brain of rats subjected to different levels of halothane anesthesia. Increases in regional ACH correlate with neurophysiolo-gicaldepressionassumed to be present in these regions at different levels of anesthesia. Non-utilization is a likely cause for the increases in ACH observed. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
