Abstract
Asked children in Grades 2-4 to recall verbally pictures they had been shown and to report whether they could see a projected image of the stimulus picture after it had been removed. Recall scores were compared for Ss who did and did not report such eidetic images. The "eidetikers" recalled considerably more material than the "noneidetikers."
