Abstract
Observations are reported on the flow of hot zinc vapor through a cold Pyrex tube. A near‐zero thermal accommodation coefficient for zinc vapor at the tube wall is deduced. These results are in accord with previous measurements of the nucleation of crystalline zinc on Pyrex glass. Keywords
